Story:
Barani Villa Project is a residential house of approximately 370 m2 on a plot of 470 m2 in Lavasan.
This Trapezoid shaped block of land is next to the street from the northern and eastern sides. The building is a two-story villa with a basement consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms on the upper levels, parking, storage room, and mechanical room in the basement.
The concept is to design a diagonal middle courtyard stretching from the entrance to the project's roof, which creates a close and direct connection between the interior spaces and the roof.
The courtyard is like a small theater with a stage, displaying daily life events in a new form.
