Story:

The significant part is the same fruit garden, and the small part until the local alley is the entrance and parking lot covered by the building—the variable space in front of this building converts into an introverted central yard to keep privacy. Thus, the volume of the building turns into an unobstructed eye (omniscient point of view) to see the garden, and the facing volume changes into a terrace to experience the garden's atmosphere.

Hiding part of the building in the ground and creating the central atmosphere as the cavity or garden pit gives the owner the chance to have integrity with the garden's atmosphere and private space with the limited overlooking. The primary purpose of designing the building is to cover it between the mass trees and keep it silent.

As a consequence, the building has two parts with two different approaches; One is that part of the building can not be seen, which solves the crowd & guests' excitement and the other is that the viewer can see the garden from inside—behind the glass wall or terraces that have the same level or above the garden.

The villa's building is constructed on a stretched plot of land, sized 16*70, divided into a large garden to create a suitable place for the owner to rest next to the garden. To maintain the garden's unity, no building has been created in it, and from the outside, soaring trees can be seen from the top of the hedges; furthermore, with keeping the same skyline, the building is located between the two Longitudinal walls and via this the garden is separated into two parts of the same size.
